In just one night of unusual rain the Konkiep river flooded the entrance trail to the farm... Sara immediately took her sandals off and decided to explore the "new" river course...

Bath-time... Lily, Sara, Gabe and Jaydan.

Loading the "Schroeter bus" to return to Lüderitz... we had quite an adventure in our way back...

First, our bakkie got stuck...

... Sara decided to use her time wisely and went for a nap...

... then the "Schroeter bus" got stuck...

... so, it was bad news when our "safety car" also got stuck...

... then Paulie's car also got stuck!

... and our "safety car" got quite stuck for the second time!...

... at the end we managed to pull all the cars out of the mud and returned to a semi-flooded Lüderitz (but well, that's another long and wet story)...
